In the high ceiling living room with full sized kitchen, and other 3 living/bed rooms for your entire exclusive use. These style are so called Wa-shitsu 和室 , meaning traditional Japanese room, which is very precious nowadays.
We used to live in this kind of traditional rooms until a few decade ago. Now almost all the home and rooms are westernized and modernized in Japan. So this is very precious space not only for foreign citizens, but also for most of the Japanese people. The price/night varies depending on each season and weekday/weekend. (min. Eur 230 – max Eur 290/night, maximum capacity of 5 persons including children. For details, please refer to the booking calendar page.
- Geisha/Maiko arrangement: You may want to meet Japanese traditional entertainers called Geisha or Maiko(younger apprentice of Geisha), Please ask for details BEFORE checking in. We have special relationship with several tea houses in Kyoto and Nara. For 2 hours private talking and dance show, min. price from EUR 500 without food (drinks served).

天井が高い町屋独特のぜいたくな吹き抜け型のリビングは、現代建築にはない古き良き伝統を感じさせてくれます。裏庭の竹垣と枯山水を模した日本庭園、これらのぜいたくな広い空間で過ごす時間は、人生でもっとも大切なことは何かという原点に立ち返り、自然な自分に想いを馳せることができる空間のように感じます。
お部屋は、リビング兼寝室（各６畳で、２階北側に１部屋、さらに１階に２部屋、合計３部屋）と、１階エントランスに続く１１畳のゆったりとした吹き抜けリビングと、フルサイズ機能を備えたキッチンなどからなっており、設備的には、IH式キッチン、ウォッシュレット付きトイレ、浴槽付きシャワー室、全自動洗濯機、全室空調/オイルヒーター付きです。
他の町屋宿泊にはない特徴
１）常時、１組の予約で一棟貸切とさせていただいております*。
*（２階南側）４畳半のオーナー用管理室は除きます。
２）駐車場**は無料です
** 乗用車クラス、サイズ的にはメルセデスCクラス程度までは駐車可能です（目安：長さ4.7m x 幅1.7m x 高さ1.8m程度まで）
３）ペット同伴も可能です
４）料金：平日 Eur 230/泊、週末 Eur 290/泊です。
